Promise Hospiceis seeking a dedicated Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our compassionate team. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to live chat requests from clients, families, and potential patients.
Provide accurate information about Promise Hospice services and assist users in understanding their options.
Document and track chat interactions to enhance service quality and follow-up efforts.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate information relayed to clients.
Maintain a caring and empathetic tone while addressing the needs of users.
Identify trends and common questions to recommend improvements in our service offerings.
Assist in training new team members in chat support protocols and company values.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in healthcare, psychology, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer support role, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting.
Skills: Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in communications.
Proficiency with live chat support software; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospice or palliative care environments.
Familiarity with digital communication strategies.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
