Prepress Technician

Prima Atlanta Printer, A Mid-Sized Print company located in Mid-Town Atlanta is seeking qualified candidates to join our Amazing Team. For 18+ years Prima Atlanta has had the privilege of supplying the Atlanta Metro area with fast turn-around, high quality digital prints, signage and graphic designs. We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Junior Project Coordinator-( Prepress/ Graphic Design)

Duties Include but not limited to:

-Preparation of print ready graphics and images for press

-Manipulation and Editing of various digital file types

-Color correction of digital files

-Some simple Graphic Design (for print)

-Digital asset management

-Layout/Imposition

-Consult with clients in regards to there print and design needs

-Answer phones and customer inquiries

-Prepare Proofs/Mock-ups for clients

Competencies:

-Acute attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent organizational skills

-Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

-1-2 years of print, design and/or digital experience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
