We are currently seeking capable candidates to join our internal print solution sales and customer

service team as a Sales Representative.

This position will work in our customer experience area providing quality service to our walk-in

customers. The Sales Representative will also responds to calls and emails from customers

inquiring about print options and solutions.

Job Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma (Required)

• Previous customer service experience (2 years preferred)

• Previous sales experience (2 years preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Above average computer skills

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Engage with online clients via chat portal for pre-sale, ordering, and order status questions

• Develop and foster customer relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient

service for all basic customer experience requests by phone or e-mail.

• Ensure the efficient and accurate completion of all basic customer transaction requests

including order entry.

• Utilize effective listening and communication skills to identify customer “Problems/Needs/

Opportunities.”

• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints either directly or by referring to

another staff member as required.

• Able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining the accuracy of work.

• Able to follow well-defined processes, procedures, and guidelines.

• Have a helpful, friendly, service orientated attitude.

• Ability to make decisions independently based on established knowledge and procedures

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas

• Support marketing efforts and educate customers on products and services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
