Plumber Lead

Job Overview: The Plumber Lead oversees the' installation, repair, and upkeep of plumbing systems for commercial and residential customers. This position demands expert technical abilities, significant experience, and the capacity to guide and support less experienced plumbers. The Plumber Lead ensures all tasks adhere to local plumbing regulations and organizational standards.

Primary Duties:

• System Installation and Upkeep:

• Skilled in new Home Construction projects.

• Install, fix, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing components used in water supply and wastewater management within commercial or residential structures.

• Examine plumbing setups to diagnose problems for repairs or part replacements.

• Analyze blueprints, guidelines, and building laws to plan system layouts accurately.

• Team Leadership:

• Manage a group of junior plumbers or apprentices by offering instruction, training sessions, and constructive feedback on their performance.

• Guarantee safety compliance among team members at all times.

• Assign tasks efficiently while managing deadlines to ensure timely project execution.

• Quality Control:

• Perform detailed evaluations, ensuring installations or repairs meet quality benchmarks and client expectations.

• Solve intricate plumbing issues by implementing practical solutions.

• Maintain high-quality craftsmanship with keen attention paid to details.

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure every task aligns with local codes/regulations alongside company policies while following safe practices to avoid workplace accidents/injuries; remain informed about industry advancements, including the latest technologies, primarily related to enhancing efficiency/productivity levels overall.
