Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be tasked with driving new business by creating sales strategies to attract fresh clientele. Your role involves identifying new sales prospects and closing deals to meet established targets. You will boost the company's revenue and profit by handling customer negotiations, generating leads, and assessing potential clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Uphold high customer service standards by delivering prompt, accurate information about our offerings.

  • Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Foster strong client connections to promote repeat transactions and positive feedback.

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs accurately, recommending appropriate products or services.

  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate responses; collaborate with team members for technical support when necessary.

Business Development & Marketing:

  • Work alongside management to develop marketing plans targeting new clientele while maintaining profitable margins.

  • Conducted strategic negotiations with potential clients to finalize sales agreements aligned with profitability objectives.

  • Identify growth opportunities such as expanding services or entering new markets through strategic partnerships.

  • Cultivate a network of contacts to discover fresh leads.

  • Execute in-person meetings using diverse selling techniques (e.g., revisits for existing clients, follow-ups).

Required Qualifications:

Experience: A proven background in marketing or similar fields is preferred, alongside prior experience in direct selling roles—ideally within related sectors like retail or construction.

Communication Abilities: Exemplary verbal/written communication skills capable of demystifying complex technical info coupled together underlined via robust interpersonal traits focusing on customer-centricity, managing challenging scenarios patiently yet professionally, remain vital aspects required here too!
