Crypto Asset Trader

We are an insurance company expanding our investment department and exploring long-term opportunities in digital assets. Our goal is to responsibly manage a portion of our portfolio in cryptocurrency while maintaining a conservative, risk-aware approach.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crypto Trader to manage the company’s crypto asset portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, risk management, and trading strategies suitable for institutional capital. Your key objective will be to pursue a stable, targeted 3–5% annual growth of the crypto asset allocation, while prioritizing capital preservation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trading strategies aligned with the company’s risk profile

• Monitor market trends, on-chain data, and relevant macroeconomic indicators

• Manage and rebalance the crypto portfolio to achieve target performance

• Prepare regular performance and risk reports for management

• Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in crypto trading or digital asset portfolio management

• Strong knowledge of major cryptocurrencies, market structure, and trading platforms

• Solid understanding of risk management principles

• Ability to work analytically and independently

• Stable performance track record is a strong advantage
