Position Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is tasked with delivering nursing care and supervising RCS, CMT, and restorative nursing assistants as needed in resident care. The LPN also acts as a representative for Parc Provence to residents, their visitors, families, and the community at large. Each team member plays a vital role in achieving our mission to safely provide top-quality services, programs, and facilities aimed at enhancing each resident's quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive nursing care for residents during assigned shifts according to state and federal guidelines.

• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by doctors while ensuring accurate documentation.

• Identify changes in residents’ conditions; inform physicians and families about changes; follow through on physician directives.

• Maintain precise patient records indicating any alterations in condition or treatment plans.

• Engage with patients' families and staff regarding treatment plans or changes in medical status.

• Organize RCS assignments ensuring they are informed about resident care strategies.

• Uphold compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols.

Shifts:

• 12-hour Shifts

• Day (7a-7p)

• Night (7p-7a)

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Missouri.

• At least one year of experience working within a skilled nursing facility preferred.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
