North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. provides the largest 988 call center in Ohio. North Central seeks to fill a full-time Data Analyst position responsible for developing, analyzing and reporting data generated from 988 documentation of calls.
Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on site. This position is FLSA non-exempt with a base salary commensurate with education, qualifications and demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities:
- Use 988 call center data to understand and interpret patterns and trends
- Develop and manage information collected
- Manage and improve existing reporting systems
- Analyze data to determine discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Perform database cleanups and document processes
- Develop, review and update statistical data and reports
- Provide consulting and analytic services to leadership
- Provide technical support and mentoring as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate's degree accepted at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Computer Science, Analytics or related degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a demonstrated data support role
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis and research methods
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skills acquired in adaptability, decision making, customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving, project management, quality management, teamwork, written communication, group presentations, group process facilitation, strategic thinking and team building
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills acquired in work processing, spreadsheet and database applications
