**KEY DUTIES:**

Act as a committed LGBTQIA++ Counselor within the Stonewall Liaison initiative. Engage in relationship-building activities between Stonewall Columbus and our network of partners:
Be present at events and take on public speaking roles;
Independently manage your workload while being accessible to program requirements.

Conduct bi-weekly group therapy sessions in the evenings:
* Collect information on program results
* Handle new case intakes effectively
* Assist in preparing evaluation reports
* Schedule efficiently using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

Essential professional licensure such as LISW, PCC or IMFT required.
We look for proactive individuals capable of working independently.
Must be adept at Diagnostic Assessment employing ICD–10 & DSM–V frameworks to create psycho-social evaluations.
Demonstrated proficiency in counseling a broad client base from youth to adults facing mental health or substance abuse challenges.
Adeptness in leading group therapy is necessary.
Commitment to delivering at least 1,248 billable hours annually (approximately 104 per month).
Compliance with all organizational credentialing requisites is mandatory.
