Phase 1: Immersive Financial Professional Experience Embark on an enriching year learning firsthand about the life of a financial professional at New York Life. With robust training programs and cutting-edge digital solutions at Ihrer disposal, you'll access an expansive suite of products designed for success.

Training & Resources Experience premier development opportunities that underscore New York Life's value proposition. Beyond structured guidance, tap into extensive resources including expert consultations and advanced digital tools that enhance client acquisition via web platforms and social media channels.

Product Solutions Gain insights into our comprehensive offerings aimed at fulfilling clients' financial aspirations—from insurance products like life coverage to investment options through NYLIFE Securities LLC (FINRA/SIPC Member). Licensing requirements include securities registrations necessary for offering these solutions.

Phase 2: Transitioning to Associate Partner Upon meeting initial benchmarks within 12 months as a financial professional*, enter an intensive six-month Associate Partner program tailored towards team-building dynamics amongst fellow advisors. Your career path will continue evolving with numerous prospects for growth within New York Life’s management echelons.

Compensation Structure As an Associate Partner meeting requisite standards—and subject approvals—you’ll receive competitive remuneration ranging from $60K-$150K (California/Washington minimums apply), supplemented by performance-based bonuses tied directly with agent productivity metrics including recruitment incentives (“R&Ds”). Comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision plans alongside pension schemes plus additional coverage options ensuring holistic support throughout Ihren tenure here—a testament towards acknowledging hard-earned achievements aligned squarely against recruiting triumphs culminating ultimately across field operations where average earnings currently stand around $280K annually among peers nationwide!
