Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory for enthusiastic beginners willing to learn quickly.

  • Strong active listening skills with an ability to adapt/respond effectively based on different personalities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus but not required as training will be provided.
