Remote Personal Assistant to CEO

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to help our CEO stay organized, manage their schedule, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be the CEO’s right-hand person, handling everything from scheduling meetings to planning events, and ensuring key projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s Calendar: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel.

Communication: Be the point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and messages.

Event Planning: Organize company events and business trips.

Problem Solving: Help the CEO with anything that comes up, anticipating needs before they arise.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years supporting an executive or in a similar role.

Organization: Strong at managing multiple tasks and keeping everything in order.

Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional in both emails and phone calls.

Proactive: Anticipate needs and solve problems on the fly.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
