Position Summary

The Client Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and solutions to ensure a seamless and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

  • Provide detailed information about products, services, availability, and order status.

  • Assist clients with placing orders, resolving issues, and navigating company processes.

  • Handle concerns or complaints professionally and work to ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate client records and update customer management systems as needed.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to support smooth client interactions.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding requests, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

  • Monitor and document client feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

  • Participate in training, team meetings, and company initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous customer support, sales support, or client service experience (retail or customer-facing experience is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, or basic computer applications.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
