Position Summary
The Client Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, guidance, and solutions to ensure a seamless and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Provide detailed information about products, services, availability, and order status.
Assist clients with placing orders, resolving issues, and navigating company processes.
Handle concerns or complaints professionally and work to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client records and update customer management systems as needed.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to support smooth client interactions.
Proactively follow up on outstanding requests, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.
Monitor and document client feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Participate in training, team meetings, and company initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer support, sales support, or client service experience (retail or customer-facing experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, or basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or product-focused industries.
Familiarity with order management or inventory systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
