Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented students or alumni to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Assistant. This flexible, part-time position is ideal for individuals seeking extra income while gaining experience in marketing and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate receiving and shipping of promotional items from home or designated carriers
• Track and manage outgoing promotional shipments
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records
• Communicate with vendors and delivery services as needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge and reliable internet connection
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
