When older adults are faced with care needs, they are also faced with a choice: move into a senior care facility, or remain at home with assistance. But what if it were possible to have the best of both worlds: the sense of community and socialization of a senior care community, plus individualized, one-on-one continuing care in the comfort of home.

With Homecare By Design, the best of both worlds can be achieved, with our innovative hybrid model of care. We call it a “Senior Community Without Walls.” Older adults have the ability to maintain the comfortable life at home to which they’re accustomed, with a professional in-home caregiver to provide as much or as little assistance as needed to help with meals, housework, medication reminders, transportation, personal care needs, and more. In addition, we offer a beautiful clubhouse where seniors gather to enjoy socializing, luncheons, educational and exercise program, parties, outings, and more.
