Location: Omaha, NE (or within a 1-hour radius)

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $30.00+ per hour (based on experience)

BONUS: $5,000 after 18 months

Overview: High Maintenance and Mods is seeking dedicated Cell Tower Top Hand Tower Technicians to join our dynamic team. We are based in Bennington, NE, and our crews travel year-round to climb cellular structures, perform maintenance, and execute modifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently climb heights up to 2,000 feet

• Diagnose, repair, and install equipment with precision

• Document work by taking pictures of each site for close-out packages

• Interpret safety rules, regulations, and instruction manuals

• Tag, return, and replace defective parts as necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Office products for reporting

• Maintain expertise in Rescue, CPR, and First Aid certification

• Be prepared for occasional weekend travel with advance notice

Required Qualifications:

• Reside in Omaha, NE, or within a 1-hour radius

• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company's policy

• Demonstrated experience working outdoors in various weather conditions

• A strong commitment to safety practices

• Ethical, honest, and trustworthy behavior

• Proficiency in basic math and measurement interpretation

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative

• Clear communication skills in written and spoken English
