6:30a-3pm
3pm-11:30pm
11:00pm - 7:30am (overnight)

You must have these items when you arrive:

- A valid NYS HHA Certificate
- 2 reference letters (from non-relatives)
- Complete Physical (within the last year)
- 2 types of valid ID, such as Passport, Drivers License, Learner Permit, Non Driver ID card
- PPD test results within the last 3 months
- Lab reports: RUBELLA / RUBEOLA and QUANTEFERON TB TEST
- Drug test

English and bi-lingual speaking Home Health Aides are encouraged to apply!
