What You'll Do:

• Operate and oversee drinking water and wastewater treatment systems.

• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs at treatment facilities.

• Collect samples for testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Provide exceptional service to customers while addressing concerns effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with drinking water or wastewater systems is essential.

• A self-starter with a proactive attitude who embraces change and new technologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills paired with professionalism in all interactions.

• Problem-solving expertise that allows you to tackle challenges efficiently.

Your Credentials:

• High School Diploma or GED is required—Indiana Drinking Water/Wastewater Certification preferred but not mandatory (relevant hands-on experience is highly valued).

• A valid driver’s license accompanied by an excellent driving record.
