Foundations Pediatric Therapy is a medical facility who offers therapy services for the pediatric population. FPT was founded in 2019 by Jake and Kristin Helms. With clinics located in Dothan and Enterprise, Foundations proudly serves the Wiregrass area through creative therapeutic interventions and with compassionate therapists. Our office staff is eager to serve each family with excellent communication and coordination of care. Our mission is to help children within our community adapt, overcome, and reach their fullest potential by providing quality occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy.
