Digital Banking Specialist
Houston, TX | Full-time | Banking & Financial Services

What You'll Do:
• Assist customers via phone, chat, and secure messaging with online and mobile banking issues
• Support services such as password resets, fraud inquiries, Zelle (P2P) support, and debit card management
• Guide customers through online account opening and digital banking tools
• Proactively educate users on banking products and digital features
• Resolve issues independently or refer to specialized teams as needed
• Meet performance targets including call quality, response time, and resolution rate


What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of banking or customer service experience (call center experience a plus!)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask across phone, chat, and messaging platforms
• Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills
• Bilingual skills are a bonus!
• Availability to work shifts between Monday–Friday (7:00 am–6:00 pm) and Saturdays (9:00 am–3:00 pm)

  • Assignment dates: Jan 5, 2026 – Mar 2, 2026
  • Pay rate: $18.00/hour, 40 hrs/week
  • Inbound call center role supporting digital banking via phone, webchat, and online messaging
  • Duties include online/mobile banking support, password resets/account unlocks, balance inquiries, debit card travel notices, fraud alerts & disputes, bill pay, Zelle/P2P, and online account opening
  • Must meet call center performance metrics; strong multitasking required
  • Banking experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
  • Onsite only – hybrid does not apply to temp role
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:45am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–3:00pm
  • Bilingual a plus
