Financial Services Representative I

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service?  Our client is seeking a Full-Time Financial Service Representative I (Teller) to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily transactions with accuracy and care.
• Direct the flow of traffic in our drive-thru, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Greet customers and visitors with a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor, making each person feel valued.
• Receive and pay out money, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Proactively cross-sell credit union products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
• Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to create a welcoming and helpful environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cash handling experience preferably in a financial institution
• A team player with a passion for customer service and financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
