Bank Teller- West Houston

Exciting Bank Teller Opportunity!

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide outstanding customer service. In this role, you’ll process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and money orders accurately and efficiently while supporting and expanding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous service to walk-in and drive-in customers, handling a range of financial transactions.
• Answer inquiries on bank products, cross-sell services, and initiate customer referrals.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, record all transactions accurately, and prepare reports on large transactions over $10,000.
• Assist other branches, process deposits, and complete daily cash audits as needed.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of Teller experience (preferably in a bank or credit union)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Accuracy in transaction handling and adherence to security protocols.
• Ability to work within the region, including some weekends.
