Empowered Healing is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW) to join our supportive team in a W-2 role. This position operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not include a fixed salary. This is a hybrid position.

Primary Responsibilities

Your weekly responsibilities will include:

• Conducting approximately 22–25 individual therapy sessions per week with clients.

• Completing timely clinical documentation using the EHR system provided by the organization.

• Collaborating with peers for case consultations when necessary.

• Adhering to ethical principles while maintaining high-quality standards in therapeutic practices.

• Participating consistently in scheduled staff meetings.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid licensure as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW within Ohio; this is mandatory.

• While prior experience working in private practice is advantageous, it is not required—newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply!

• Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities along with sound clinical skills to work effectively across diverse populations both independently and collaboratively.
