The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand EK Health's market presence. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will work collaboratively with executive leadership to enhance our service offerings and ensure alignment with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the workers' compensation landscape, along with proven experience in building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives in alignment with EK Health's vision. 

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly. 

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, employers, and healthcare providers, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team and adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and service delivery.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

· Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the managed care or workers' compensation sector.

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 

· Strong understanding of workers' compensation regulations, trends, and market dynamics. 

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

· Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on, adapting to the evolving needs of the business and market. 

· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment.
