The Opportunity:

What You’ll Do:
Hunt and close new business opportunities with mid-size and enterprise clients.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the workers’ comp ecosystem.
Collaborate with leadership on messaging, pricing, and go-to-market approaches.
Help shape and refine the sales process as the company grows.
This role will require travel within the US.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales (healthcare & workers compensation experience a plus).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong software knowledge, particularly MS Office Suite
