Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess spaces for window placement.

• Execute precise installation of windows, frames, and necessary hardware.

• Dismantle old fixtures to ready areas for new setups.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and building regulations while ensuring superior quality in every project.

• Apply sealing techniques for optimal insulation against environmental factors.

• Safely operate various tools ensuring efficient task execution.

• Maintain cleanliness on-site during projects as well as post-installation.

• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates for seamless operations.

• Address any on-the-job challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in window fitting or carpentry is advantageous (training available for promising candidates).

• Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques and safety measures is essential.

• Capability to handle heavy materials up to 75 lbs safely.
