Dynamic Fusion Inc. was founded by Dave and Vicki Shank, with the original focus on agricultural equipment, agricultural fencing, and agricultural onsite repairs. After years in the field gaining experience, he transferred his skills into the millwright industry. This is where Dynamic Fusion found its roots. The focus expanded to flour mills, corn mills, rice mills, sugar mills, grain elevators, and just about any milling or grain facility you can name.

Since 2013, Dave and Vicki's son, Justin Shank, has been managing operations and developing the structure of the business to accommodate the ever-changing industry. Currently, Dynamic Fusion Inc. provides millwright service, facility maintenance and service, metal fabrication, and mobile welding.

Our customer experience centers around transparency, starting with the first meeting through project completion. We provide our customers with a detail itemized quote, project plan & drawings, project progression updates, and post project start-up assistance. This allows us to meet deadlines with a quality product.
