In this role, you will have the responsibility for auditing, consulting and training related to quality improvement, accreditation standards, and support the organization with overall quality initiatives. Devereux’s National Quality Improvement Department is seeking a compassionate person with proven continuous quality improvement knowledge along with strong customer service skills to partner with our National and Center teams as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards and processes, support Corrective Action Plan processes, and create / implement training curricula with centers.
Under the direction of the National Quality Improvement and Accreditation Manager, this key position will be remote with periodic travel to centers throughout the country. As a subject matter expert in quality improvement, this position will focus on supporting accreditation standards and processes.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in health care, human services or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality improvement;
- Proven knowledge of accreditation standards & processes (e.g., Joint Commission and COA standards and surveys);
- Ability to analyze and effectively communicate, both orally and in writing; Experience with writing/reviewing incident reports is strongly desired;
- Data analytic skills with ability to identify areas of improvement ; Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; Experience with Power Apps preferred; Training skills required;
- Knowledge and understanding of managing complex projects and large teams; Ability to adapt to the demands of rapidly changing priorities and use sound judgement;
- Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills required;
- Must maintain confidentiality of information regarding clients and intellectual property.
