Schedule: Wednesday (1p-11p), Thursday &  Friday (2p-10p) and Saturday;  9am - 11pm 

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts, Devon House, is located in Fitchburg, MA and an serves ASD male and female youth, ages 6-21, With a 1:2 staff to student ratio, the emphasis is to teach, coach and support our individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills and social skills while staying active and having fun.

Being an Assistant Program Manager at Devereux has its Advantages.You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Fitchurg, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Drivers license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require
• 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required.
• One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment

Schedule:

• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
