Parts Sales Advisor

Tasks

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales
• Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering
• Provide technical support for complex parts queries
• Process customer returns and credit notes
• Communicate order status and manage backorders
• Support additional business needs

• Customers (retail, wholesale, eCommerce)
• Internal departments (technical, warehouse, finance)

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent, desirable not essential
• City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar) desirable not essential
• Experience in a busy parts sales’ environment is essential

Skills You’ll Need:

• Knowledge of BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP desirable not essential
• Strong IT, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay customer-focused

What We Offer:

• Salary from £26,000 plus a 5% variable bonus.
• 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
