Parts Sales Advisor

Tasks

The role will include:

• Handling inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales
• Assisting eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering
• Providing expert technical support for complex parts queries
• Processing customer returns and credit notes
• Keeping customers informed about order status and backorders
• Delivering outstanding customer service every step of the way
• Promoting current offers and special deals
• Supporting wider business needs as required

• Internal departments (technical, warehouse, finance)

Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience with Customer Service & Parts

Personal Profile:

• Must have proof of right to work in the UK
• GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent is desirable
• Experience in a busy parts sales’ environment is essential
• City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar) is desirable
• Familiarity with BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP is desirable
• Strong IT skills
• Confident communicator with ability to negotiate effectively
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently meet targets, and deliver results

• Salary from £28,800 plus a 5% variable bonus.
• 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
