Tasks

Support APQP cycle for engineering changes, new products, and major process changes. Assist with coordinating project teams, identifying dependencies, and constraints. Support project timelines, milestones, and budget adherence. Assist with preparing reports and facilitating structured meetings. Support Change Control Management. Responsibility areas include: Assist with Product Change Management and project documentation. Support concept approval, trial coordination, and order placement. Assist with FAT tests and APQP compliance activities. Support creation of Work Breakdown Structures and MS Project plans. Assist with project cost control, budget tracking, and funding documentation. Ensure minutes are taken, distributed, and actions followed up. Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all company rules. Adhere to safety regulations. Provide support to engineering team and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Degree. Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and Accounting as passed subjects (essential). Project Management, APQP, PPAP training (desirable). Risk identification and mitigation skills. Computer literacy: MS Project, CAD software, or similar.
