Objective of the position:
Leads, coordinates, and implements Continuous Improvement Projects, providing training on improvement tools across all organizational levels. Designs strategic processes and monitoring systems within different plant areas to ensure achievement of results and fulfillment of objectives. Responsible for CI and TOS processes within the integrated management system and serves as leader for QA assessments and DTNA Awards, driving operational excellence and organizational performance. Responsible to deploy CI Academy Offer and follow-up on the LCQP to achieve the targets of CI Savings and Events.

- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (Required)
- Manufacturing and Quality Processes (Required)
- Lean Coach or Lean Consultant Certification (Required)
- Six Sigma Certification (Desirable)
- MBA (Desirable)
- English level: Upper Intermediate

Main Functions:
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects, ensuring the deployment of all CI tools across the plant, while coordinating and monitoring complex Lean Expert project initiatives.
- Manage team resources and coordinate with engineers and facilitators to ensure effective deployment of plant strategy. Design strategic processes and monitoring systems across plant areas to drive results and meet objectives. Provide support in the development and deployment of the Plant Hoshin Kanri strategy.
- Responsible for the Lean Career Path, including Lean Coaches, Lean Consultants, Lean Ambassadors, Lean Specialists, and Lean Agents. Oversee training and certification of Lean Coaches and Consultants, support the design of both on-the-job and theoretical training programs, and coordinate the Lean Career pipeline and certification initiatives.
- Lead innovation strategies to drive a Continuous Improvement cultural transformation within the plant. Coordinate standards for plant meetings, benchmarking initiatives, DTNA Awards, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure alignment and excellence across all operations.
- Inspire, engage, and motivate a team of Continuous Improvement Engineers and Facilitators to achieve plant goals and targets.
