Cruz Plumbing & Rooter Services is seeking a reliable Digital Records Accuracy Associate to support our remote administrative team. This role focuses on entering, updating, and verifying service-related data to maintain accurate records across company systems. This is a fully remote opportunity suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Enter customer information, service details, and job updates into company databases
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Update digital records related to plumbing service requests and completed jobs
Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
Assist with preparing service reports and summaries
Perform routine data checks to identify missing or incorrect information
Support administrative staff with basic data-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete records when needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills (typing, email, and data entry software)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organizational and time-management skills
Reliable internet connection required
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity
Preferred Skills
Previous data entry or administrative experience
Familiarity with spreadsheets or database systems
Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Fast and accurate typing skills
