We’re Brooklyn SolarWorks, and we’re on the lookout for an upbeat Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our street-level solar outreach. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to lead our fantastic team in spreading sunshine (and some seriously cool solar solutions) throughout NYC’s vibrant neighborhoods.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Crafting and rolling out an epic street strategy that brings us those golden solar leads.

• Assembling your very own squad of energetic canvassers across various areas – think Avengers but make it green!

• Creating all sorts of fun marketing goodies like training manuals, scripts, flyers, and tech gear.

• Keeping tabs on the budget while ensuring every penny spent is as effective as sunlight hitting those panels.

• Scouting out top-notch tech tools for tracking leads and making sure they fit like a glove.

• Setting up foolproof systems for recording interactions because data is king (or queen!).

What We Need From You:

• At least 3 years in door-to-door field sales or something similar — if you've sold ice to penguins before, even better!

• A solid 3 years leading teams in direct sales adventures.

• Stellar communication skills — you can teach customers about solar while juggling facts with finesse. Experience using CRM software alongside Google Suite apps would be fab too!

Physical stamina alert: You’ll be trekking around outdoors quite a bit – so comfy shoes are essential!

And yes...a valid NY Driver's License is needed. Bonus points if you're always ready to hit the road without missing a beat.

Perks & Paycheck Fun: We offer competitive commission-based earnings atop an annual base salary between $70k-$80k depending on how much superhero experience you bring along. And guess what? Total earning potential could soar from $80k up into six figures annually!
