Clinical Therapist (Contractor)

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director, conduct intake assessments, assesses clients’ needs; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; implement interventions that facilitate client progress toward specific goals and objectives; participate in multi-disciplinary case staffing and utilize caseload management systems; conducts individual, family, and group therapy sessions in accordance with professional standards; collaborate with supplemental agency partners, appropriate agencies and parties within the community; and performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage & family therapy. Candidate must have a valid clinical license. Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations required. Familiar with assessments tools using evidence-based practices. Adequate transportation for office, home, and community visits, along with a valid driver’s license and auto-insurance.

Effective communication both written and verbal.
