 Our practice began from a solo med/peds practice in 2005 and has successfully grown through the years. We now have a vibrant group with 5 med/peds trained physicians and an amazing staff, many who have been with us for over 10 years. We have figured out the correct formula to make private practice work and are ready to expand to 6 physicians. We have two practice sites about 15 minutes from each other. We are offering a very competitive guaranteed salary with options for bonuses, a flexible workweek, one in six call with phone calls only and no hospital work. Options available for academic teaching through UNC. We are looking for someone who wants to join us for the long haul with a partnership option available.
