Your Role: As an Order Specialist, you will oversee the processing of orders through their entire cycle. This role requires exemplary verbal and written communication abilities alongside independent analysis skills to solve unique challenges using company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the order process from start to finish

  • Manage multiple orders concurrently ensuring timely delivery

  • Guide installation processes while managing customer expectations

  • Deliver superior customer support while effectively managing relationships

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, new offerings, and order procedures

  • Draft clear internal/external communications professionally

  • Follow established processes diligently

  • Update the OSS system promptly when necessary

    • Provide timely updates internally/externally regarding order status

    • Coordinate various elements of orders simultaneously

    • Recognize obstacles proactively seeking assistance when needed

    • Foster strong relationships with customers & internal teams

    • Undertake special assignments as directed by management
