Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required

  • Valid certification as a BCBA

  • 1+ years of experience with NDBI

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes

  • Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client

  • Promotes and supports a collaborative team environment and inclusive culture

  • Reallocate client hours as needed based on authorization and scheduling changes/needs

  • Document feedback and monitor supervision progress of RBTs
