Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in accordance with current nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management plans, procedures, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information in electronic medical records (EMR).
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, regulations, safety protocols, infection control guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.
Minimum of 2-year clinical experience; experience within specific departments is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Working Conditions: This position requires flexibility including rotating shifts such as nights/weekends/holidays. Must be able physically lift up/move patients when necessary within compliance standards set by OSHA requirements regarding body mechanics training protocol etcetera ensuring safe handling practices always followed throughout shift work hours due to nature job demands often unpredictable requiring quick adaptation sudden changes environment surrounding factors impacting daily operations seamlessly managing priorities accordingly without compromising quality service delivery expectations set forth organizational mission values vision statement guiding principles code conduct policy adherence always paramount foremost consideration decisions actions taken behalf employer representing interests thereof best possible manner.
