In the USA, another new feature has been launched to make the use of Google for Jobs even more applicant-friendly.

It is about the highlighting of particularly important aspects from the job advertisement. So that the applicant directly receives the most relevant information from the job offer, Job Highlights are now displayed under the job title. In most cases, Google searches for the necessary qualifications and tasks, which are then listed in keywords. Google uses an algorithm to decide which highlights appear.
Through this feature, the job search is more structured and applicants can get a better overview of the job ad. This also increases the likelihood that the applicant will look at more ads, since the entire ad does not have to be read first.
