            Job sharing
Job sharing refers to a working arrangement in which two or more employees share a single full-time position by dividing working hours, responsibilities and tasks according to their individual needs and skills. 
The employees can either work together on a project or alternate their working hours at the workplace. 
Job sharing allows companies to offer flexible working models while retaining skilled employees who are looking for a good work-life balance or have other commitments that would make traditional full-time work difficult.
