As a valued member of the Window Trends team, you will uphold the Installation Team Manual's standards and protocols to ensure each installation, measurement, and repair delivers an exceptional five-star experience.

Responsibilities:

• Measure windows accurately; install Window Trends blinds and shades for both homes and businesses.

• Document all measurements & installations precisely; report them promptly to the Install Team upon completion.

• Adhere strictly to appointment schedules; arrive punctually at all appointments.

• Follow established procedures including material handling guidelines.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by being friendly, polite, courteous, and professional consistently.

• Collaborate on-site with clients for shade orientation or placement when needed.

• Keep materials, tools & equipment in excellent condition with accurate inventory tracking always.

  • Take precautions with customers’ belongings ensuring they remain undamaged during service.

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues from Window Trends of Kauai regularly.

  • Demonstrate products in-home; explain product usage clearly ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently provide an exemplary window covering experience across all measures/installations/repairs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar fields like installing cabinets/doors/windows/molding/flooring or equivalent carpentry/remodeling background (preferred).

• At least 2 years in client servicing roles

• Strong analytical/troubleshooting/problem-solving capabilities

• Professional demeanor & appearance

• Excellent communication skills both written/verbal while engaging various levels within Window Trends staff/customers Ability reading/interpreting documents e.g., operation/safety manuals/procedure guides Basic math competency essential—ability reading tape measure/converting nominal dimensions required
  Capacity working independently
  Valid driver’s license essential
  Ability lifting up-to 35lbs/climbing ladders necessary
  Commitment attending Hunter Douglas training (webinars/online courses) towards achieving Certified/Master Installer credentials
