Remote customer service agent

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Ways Connect LLC is a virtual contact center, that provides customer service, technical support and sales to different clients. 
We offer training programs through all of our clients which is available to all applicants. (some courses offer earn while you learn aka paid training) 
Pay varies based on the client you choose to work for. The pay ranges from $10-$22 an hour.
Employees are able to work for multiple clients. 
Agents will be able to pick their own schedule, and choose when they want to work.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications
Be 18 years or older
Pass 7 year background check
Must have the proper work equipment (equipment financing is available for those who don't)
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week
