Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Equipment‑, Linien‑ und Lot‑Plänen

• Sicherstellung stabiler WIP‑Flüsse, kurzer Durchlaufzeiten und einer effizienten Kapazitätsnutzung

• Konfiguration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dispatching‑Regelwerken in APC-Systemen (z. B. Flexciton, Final Phase Systems, AMAT RTD)

• Abbildung komplexer Fertigungslogiken (z.B. Priorisierungen, Setup‑Constraints, Batching-Strategien, Rework-Flüsse, Hot‑Lot-Behandlungen, Hold‑Logiken)

• Identifikation und Entlastung von Engpässen mittels Datenanalysen, Simulationen und What‑If‑Szenarien

• Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in MES, Routing‑/Rezeptdaten, Qualifikationen und Kalenderdaten (z.B. PM, Engineering)

• Monitoring relevanter Produktionskennzahlen (z. B. CT, OEE, Utilization) sowie Analyse von Abweichungen und Störungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Engineering, Planung und IT als zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Reports und Dashboards zur Erhöhung von Transparenz und Performance

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Mikrosystemtechnik (Schwerpunkt Mikroelektronik/Halbleiterphysik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Kenntnisse der Halbleiterfertigung, eingesetzter Produktionsanlagen sowie relevanter Fertigungs‑ und Überwachungsprozesse

• Grundkenntnisse in Scheduling‑ und Dispatching‑Methoden sowie Programmier‑/Skriptkenntnisse

• Grundverständnis der IT‑Architektur in der Halbleiterfertigung (z. B. MES, SPC, R2R, Automatisierungssysteme)

• Sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Daten, Zusammenhänge und Visualisierungen

• Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Schnittstellenkompetenz

• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment, line, and lot plans

• Ensuring stable WIP flows, short lead times, and efficient capacity utilization

• Configuration, maintenance, and further development of dispatching rules in APC systems (e.g., Flexciton, Final Phase Systems, AMAT RTD)

• Mapping of complex manufacturing logic (e.g., prioritization, setup constraints, batching strategies, rework flows, hot lot handling, hold logic)

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks through data analysis, simulations, and what-if scenarios

• Ensuring data quality in MES, routing/recipe data, qualifications, and calendar data (e.g., PM, Engineering)

• Monitoring of relevant production metrics (e.g., CT, OEE, utilization) and analysis of deviations and disruptions

• Close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, planning, and IT as a central interface function

• Establishment and further development of standards, reports, and dashboards to increase transparency and performance

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, microsystems engineering (with a focus on microelectronics/semiconductor physics), or a comparable qualification

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, production equipment used, and relevant manufacturing and monitoring processes

• Basic knowledge of scheduling and dispatching methods, as well as programming and scripting skills

• Basic understanding of IT architecture in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., MES, SPC, R2R, automation systems)

• Ability to quickly grasp complex data, relationships, and visualizations

• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of initiative, independence, and a structured approach to work
