Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?®  Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is looking for a European Marketing Manager Temperature Sensing (m/w/d).

Job Location:

Germany (preferably in Selb) or remote

Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is a production site for passive components. Since 1996 as part of Vishay we have been manufacturing resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. With around 900 employees, Vishay plays a key role as one of the most important employers in our region. The town of Selb is located directly on the Czech border and boasts the scenic surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with European Sales and FAE team, understand customer requirements and propose the right product offering from Vishay’s Temperature sensing and Circuit protection portfolio.

• Supported by an international team of technical experts, design-in custom products when necessary

• Organize technical training and workshops to grow Vishay awareness in European market

• Spread product strategy within European Distribution network

• Analyze the market trends and feedback internally

Your Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics and Mechatronics

• Working experience of min. 3 years in a technical environment

• Fluent in English and German

• Understanding electronic circuits in Automotive or Industrial applications

• High communication and presentation skills

• Structure and analytical skills

• Willingness to travel within Europe and work in an international team
