As a Team Member in our Distribution Center, you are the final link between our customers and their next favorite find. While you’re not face-to-face with customers like in a retail store, your work is just as critical to creating an exceptional experience. Every item you touch and every package you prepare is part of the delight our customers feel when they open their “thrift box.” You turn orders into moments of joy.

What You’ll Do

Pick Station:

  • Use an iPod to view which items to pick for each customer order.

  • Head to the listed location and find the correct hanger number.

  • Carefully remove the clothing item from the carousel, scan the hanger, and place it on the conveyor (think of it as a dry-cleaner-style system).

  • Continue picking until every order in your “batch” is complete, ensuring each piece is handled with care and accuracy.

Pack Station:

  • Scan each item’s hanger and perform a final quality check.

  • Downgrade any items that do not meet our quality standards—because our customers deserve the best.

  • Neatly fold and place clothing in the box with tissue and marketing materials to create a beautiful unboxing experience.

  • Seal the package, attach the correct labels, and send it off for shipping—knowing you’ve helped create a moment of excitement for someone waiting at home.

What This Role Requires

  • On-Your-Feet Work: Stationary standing your entire 10-12 hour shift, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and moving racks up to 150 lbs throughout your shift.

  • Performance: Achieving goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

  • Willingness to Learn: Show up ready to learn—our structured training program with hands-on support in your first weeks will teach you everything you need to succeed.

  • Tech Comfort: Comfortable using tablets, scanners, and basic apps.

  • Adaptability: Adjusting easily to change and shifting priorities.

  • Reliability: Maintaining consistent attendance, on-time arrival, and teamwork.

  • Focus & Positivity: Bring attention to detail, speed, and an upbeat attitude to every shift.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Starting Pay: $17/hr for AM shift; $17/hr for PM shift; and $18/hr for WKND shift ($17 base + $1.00 differential). Pay is based on shift worked and shift differentials may change.

  • Weekly Pay: Every Friday is FriYAY.

  • Pay For Performance: Consistently hitting or exceeding specific performance metrics can directly increase your pay, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $0.50 per hour each quarter.
