About our Internship Program
As a ThredUp summer intern, you won't just be observing—you'll be an essential part of the team, gaining a firsthand glimpse into what it's like to work at the world’s largest fashion resale platform.

During our intensive 10-week paid program, you will own and tackle high-impact, challenging projects alongside our world-class team, with the real opportunity to influence ThredUp’s business strategy and our sustainable mission.

Plus, you’ll be helping us inspire a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first, making a tangible difference for the planet.

About the Internship

During the internship in our Phoenix Distribution Center, you will be able to oversee a project from concept to final implementation and make a tangible impact on the business. You won’t be sitting at a desk all summer; rather you will be out on the floor getting familiar with our processes and championing a safe work environment. Prioritizing safety, you'll champion a secure work environment while developing solutions that you will be empowered to implement. While you’re here we want you to expand your network building relationships across cross-functional teams and show you how we get things done.

Our ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s student, (preferably entering their Junior or Senior year) or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Preferred candidates are comfortable working in a face-paced environment with background in automation and prior internship experience; they are excited to take the skills they’ve been developing in school and are ready to use them to make a positive impact. What we do at ThredUP is truly unique from a systems and process perspective and it is a great place for a future Industrial Engineer to hone their skill set while supporting our vision for a more sustainable future.

This is a 10 week internship from 6/8/2026 - 8/13/2026

This is an hourly role and pays $25 per hour based on the currently enrolled academic program or completed level of education.
