Quality Control Manager

A manufacturing firm situated in Euclid, Ohio is seeking a Quality Control Manager for the first shift.

This reputable company has been operating successfully for more than 75 years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee staff in the inspection department and allocate tasks based on the laboratory priority list, as well as manage final inspections of screw machines and imported goods.

• Prepare for and take part in ISO and A2LA evaluations.

• Supervise testing of completed products and partially finished samples.

• Evaluate new manufacturing orders.

• Develop inspection procedure documentation for all assignments.

• Fill out forms related to vendor rejections, product rework, and customer feedback issues.

• Analyze causes of inaccurate testing results and implement corrective measures.

• Assist with hiring lab personnel. Provide training to both inspection team members and lab employees.

Proficiency with all measurement instruments and company computer systems is required.

An Associate's Degree is preferred.

Completion of A2LA certification training is necessary.
