• Interpret CPT and ICD 10 codes accurately (including managing procedure modifiers)

• Compile medical records for submission to insurance companies

• Communicate with insurance agencies on claim denials or appeals (diplomacy is key!)

• Assist patients with their billing questions professionally

• Handle additional administrative duties seamlessly
