Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition-communication disorders.

  • Develop individualized plans tailored to each student's specific needs.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, caregivers, and medical staff.

  • Educate clients' families on strategies for supporting communication improvement at home.

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress according to professional standards.

  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with attention to detail.
